Well, I made it to level 20 tonight. But when I opened my stats window to take a screen shot of my character at 20 without any kills ... there was a humanoid kill recorded. I had checked my stats just an hour before, and all I'd done since that point was explore Arathi Highlands and Hinterlands. I checked my combat log, which showed information going back more than an hour, and no damage or deaths are recorded there. My weapons were still unequipped. And honestly, my character is so weak with low-level, broken gear, she couldn't have killed anything if she'd tried. Which she didn't, of course. 

So, it appears to be a mistake. 

But mistake or not, my goal of having my stats back up what my character does have been dashed. I suppose I should have anticipated this, but I did not. 

So now ... do I continue anyway? I haven't even killed a single whelp yet. Or do I just scratch my idea? I don't think I'd start over ... it was all too much work, and the same mistake could happen again. I'm thinking my idea was flawed.
