Barely out of her third century (i.e., a whippersnapper).
Female
Single, due to her Druidic calling.
Neutral Good
Rich forest green; long and straight, fairly unceremoniously chopped off a couple of inches below her shoulders (the rest is usually put up in a small - somewhat messy - ponytail for comfortability).
Light sky blue, glowing faintly.
Slightly above Night Elf female average (i.e., nearly head and shoulders taller than most human men).
Lithe but athletic, much like the legendary cat form of her class.
Chiselled, slightly angular cheekbones, giving her a somewhat animalistic appearance.
Purposeful leather armour; vendor bought or makeshift arranged from whatever discarded skins she comes across during travel (she can't bring herself to manhandle the remains of the beasts she shapeshifts into on a regular basis).
She prefers to dress as uncomplicatedly as possible, which basically boils down to pants and a tunic and little else. She keeps a simple druidic robe around for whenever a more formal getup is required.
Staves; a slight penchant towards polearms.
Clear and formal, if a little quiet; rarely wastes breath or words, though she gets a bit more talkative when around her kin and class colleagues. When she does speak, one will notice that she is a melodious alto. Has a discreet Kaldorei accent when speaking the Alliance common tongue.
Your usual fledgling Druid initiate, eager to avenge the events of the past that she at the time had no power to influence. Possesses a deeply rooted sense of duty and dedication to her cause and a powerful, inherent compassion. Prefers to mind her own business, but is perfectly capable of lashing out when crossed. Has a strong personal integrity.
She doesn't make any fuss about eating the meat of whatever wild animal she's just killed; the path of a Druid of the Wild includes understanding the natural balance of predator and prey.
She cares very little for cooked food.
Herbalist, as per Kaldorei tradition. Has a personal interest in the elements of the world, which has prompted the pursuit of alchemy as well.
A distinct affinity for the feral side of the legendary shapeshifting abilites of the Kaldorei Druids. She is also showing promise as a potential master transmuter.
Having always lived among her Kaldorei kin, she's not yet entirely warmed up to this fangled "Alliance" nonsense. Especially not those Gnomes and their obsession about combining technology with the arcane forces.
As a female Night Elf, she is quite unique in that she began her druidic training before the events of the Battle of Mount Hyjal and the subsequent changes to Kaldorei societal norms, making her one of - if not the - first female Kaldorei Druid: a fact that virtually only Tenaron Stormgrip of Aldrassil (and a select few of the Druids residing in Moonglade) knows of. She is aware of the inherent controversy, and tends to adopt an overly unassuming demeanour when in the presence of particularly distinguished Druid veterans as a way of camophlage.
Aspires wholeheartedly to become a fully fledged member of the Cenarion Circle. Unquestionably loyal to Tyrande Whisperwind and Malfurion Stormrage.
Rescinded her family as per her Druidic calling, hasn't made any close friends since then.
During the uneasy lull following the Lich King's defeat, she begun developing a discreet student-mentor relationship with Pterneldan Crossdeep. Being herself a rather unorthodox druid by definition, it was a straightforward matter for her to aquaint the distinguished former ArchDruid through her contacts in Moonglade. She kept this arrangement under wraps, as the elderly druid made little secrecy about the fact that he was not exactly on the friendliest of terms with Fandral Staghelm, the at that point official leader of the Cenarion Circle.
Harbours a deep enmity towards the fel and all its incarnations, as it represents everything she has learned to hate.
Has also begun building up a significant amount of animosity towards the Twilight's Hammer, especially after learning of the dreadful turn for the worse the ArchDruid Pterneldan Crossdeep has recently taken at the hands of the cult and its dark machinations ...
Mission
Druid of the Claw
"In the eyes of the Green Dragonflight, all life is eternal."
An innate affinity for the beasts of the wild, and the natural world in general. Also a deep fascination with the elements and their respective powers.
To walk a path she won't regret.
History
Astranaar in Ashenvale Forest
Hailing from the more recent Kaldorei generations, Tuathann's parents did not react with much consternation when she showed the first signs of the Druidic call. Indeed, she had long demonstrated a noticeable disinterest in becoming a Sentinel (as expected traditionally of a female Night Elf). After some deliberation, her parents chose to honour her decision rather than force her into a mold.
Still in her basic training and conditioning when the demonic invasion of Archimonde struck during the Third War, Tuathann could do little but band together with the other fugitives and employ her neophyte healing abilities as best as she could alongside the trained Druids that had chosen to remain behind and protect their kin. This has put a deep resentment towards the fel in her, though she tries her best not to let it sidetrack her as she now strives to advance her training further.
-- The first most defining event in her pursuit of the Druid's path: meeting with the Great Bear Spirit in Moonglade and learning the first, crucial lessons of what it means to walk the Path of the Wild.
-- The second most defining event in her pursuit of the Druid's path: summoning and confronting the powerful moonkin Lunaclaw, thus completing the druidic rite of Body and Heart and earning her place among the Druids of the Claw.
-- While the lessons of caution and discretion imprinted upon her by her first tutor, Tenaron, still remain strong, she has found herself quickly warming up to the somewhat outlandish antics of the ArchDruid Pterneldan Crossdeep.
-- Having finally reached the point in her training where she can begin her conditioning in preparation for the Dreaming, The New Shattering thoroughly throws her plans overboard as she find herself scrambling to aid the beleaguered citizens of Darkshore and a virtually wiped-out Auberdine
-- While aiding the displaced and the wounded that have fled from ruined Auberdine to a hastily erected refugee camp east of the ransacked town, Tuathann encounters an odd pair of adventurers - Aaron Braun, a former Gilnean aristocrat, and a peculiar human Paladin named Saphrit Crossdeep. Recognising the younger man's surname during introductions, she agrees to accompany the two 'men' as they venture into the ruined town on the behest of the wounded Sentinel leader to clear out the rampant wind elementals still besieging the ruins. A series of confrontations later with a number of "Wind Lords" - shamans of air in the dark employ of the Twilight's Hammer - and a rather momentous showdown with a greater wind elemental later, Tuathann is informed by her newfound friends the actual reason why they are in Darkshore: the patriarch of the Crossdeep clan, ArchDruid Pterneldan, has gone missing due to the Twilight's Hammer's machinations, and his remaining 'kin' are now struggling to find a way to return him to the waking world. Gathering her own composure after the shattering news, Tuathann agrees to aid the young Paladin and his companion; the three of them quickly become entwined in an escalating spiral of events that leads them to Malfurion Stormrage himself within the heart of Darkshore, desperately fighting for the very land that is being ripped apart around them all ...
