Medium brown; long and straight, plaited into a single, thick braid that reaches nearly to her knees.
Grey-green; a strong, clear gaze hardened by the eternal snows of Dun Morogh.
Average height (for Dwarves).
The average stocky build of most Dwarven females.
Practical leather armour during simpler errands, with a preference for tougher materials over flexibility; sturdy chainmail when on serious missions. Consistently crafted by herself. Doesn't bother much about formal wear as her outfit is, for all intents and purposes, her uniform as a Mountaineer of Ironforge.
The military-issue Dwarven rifle; polearm, twin hand axes (sidearms).
Hearty and jovial, with the tell-tale Dwarven accent. A rich alto.
Cheerful and jovial, always prepared to share a pint of Dwarven spirit, be it Thunder Ale or Barleybrew Scalder. Enjoys being out in the field, scouting the wild or pursuing a particularly fine trophy, but isn't made any less sociable by her often drawn-out and far-ranging missions.
Keeps a passionate interest in archaeology. When she's not in the Military Ward restocking hunting supplies, she can more often than not be found in the Hall of Explorers, eager to pick up some wayward supply mission to a half-forgotten digout on the other side of the world.
Skinner and leatherworker by trade; well-versed in cooking and likes to kick back every now and then with a fishing pole in hand.
An impressive shot with the Dwarven rifle; hence why she settled upon a career as a Hunter and Mountaineer.
Possibly a little -too- fond of the liquor ... though she dances like a devil when the booze hits.
Firmly loyal to the Dwarven High King and the Bronzebeard clan. Rank-and-file member of the guild Core of the Chosen.
The latest generation in a long line of experienced Mountaineers and marksmen (and markswomen!). Although her family name isn't among the more illustrious of the Ironforge Dwarves, it is nevertheless recognised for its unfailing loyalty to the throne and crown of Dun Morogh, as well as a byword for skilled Mountaineers and scouts.
Her father is preparing for his retirement. Her mother died a few years ago in a rockslide in an old digout in the Badlands. She has a couple of close friends in Kharanos and Brewnall, whom she keeps a more or less regular correspondence with.
Highly antagonistic towards the Dark Irons; an enmity that has turned decidedly personal following the Siege of Ironforge ...
Grimshaw ~ a Dun Morogh iceclaw bear. Her oldest and most favoured hunting companion.
Gildbeak ~ a Golden Eagle, found wounded near the Farstrider Lodge in Loch Modan, that Tiira nursed back to health. The impressive bird of prey has been a recurring companion ever since, and is proving its worth as an extended pair of eyes during scouting missions.
Greyfang ~ a rejected old alpha wolf that Tiira came across while foraging in the Hinterlands. She took care of it briefly, and once it had regained some of its former strength, it became apparent that the aging predator had taken to the staunch huntress. He remains in the Hinterlands, sticking around Aerie Peak but keeping a surprisingly respectful distance to the gryphon roosts, much to the Wildhammers' relief ...
Cracksnap ~ a rather ornery Crocolisk that Tiira literally wrestled into submission during her recent forays through a dramatically remodeled Wetlands. While the beast is of little social aptitude, it has proven a vicious and surprisingly reliable hunting partner, though it prefers to keep to itself while its mistress is travelling.
Snaptooth ~ a massive turtle that Tiira discovered stranded on the (new and quite unexpected) shorelines of a flooded Thousand Needles while making her way through southern Kalimdor on her hunt for archeological digouts. She nursed it briefly, which was obviously enough for it to bond to her, and it has been a recurring sight especially whenever the doughty huntress is scouring the sands of Tanaris for unearthed secrets ...
Joyung ~ a young black gorilla male that took a shining to Tiira during a recent foray through Stranglethorn Vale to make contact with an Explorer's League digout. He has since grown quite a bit under the Dwarven lady's watchful eye, and is proving a stubborn but faithful companion.

"Ye call this ale?! Ah've tasteed Stormwind street wat'r that had moa're kick innit!!"
The latest generation in a long line of experienced Mountaineers and marksmen (and markswomen!), and determined to carry on the family tradition.
To do her family tradition justice and fulfill her duty to the High King.
History
Kharanos in Dun Morogh
Born into the Longstrider line of the Bronzebeard clan, Tiira was raised from an early age to follow in her ancestors' footsteps as a Mountaineer of Ironforge. She took to her marksmanship training with great delight, quickly establishing herself as a natural with the Dwarven rifle and its construction, which further cemented her father's determination to train her to the best of both their abilities.
Tiira was just about to reach adulthood when her mother, a dedicated archeologist, went missing and was subsequently reported dead in a digout accident in the Badlands. This had a tremendous impact on Tiira's father, who shortly afterwards sent an application to the High King asking for retirement. The King met with the heartbroken widower personally, speaking to him at length and eventually convincing him to remain in active service until such time that his daughter would be able to succeed him in his duties.
As her father had little interest in his departed wife's profession, he was content to simply have her various works stored away for an eventual memorial, but Tiira, still reeling from the loss of her beloved mother, pestered him about it until he simply gave up and let her engross herself - under the condition that she wouldn't use it as an excuse to shirk her rifle drills. She didn't disappoint, managing rather impressively to keep up with her father's stringent training schedule while piling into her new hobby.
As soon as her father deemed her skilled enough to begin taking up missions on her own, she set out for Coldridge Valley carrying only her father's worn old blunderbuss, the clothes on her body and the express intent of making her parents - living and not - proud of her, no matter the cost.
-- Having been abroad when Magni Bronzebeard's fatal transformation occurs, Tiira is among those spared the Ironforge lockdown when Moira attempts to take over the Dwarven capital; her experience as a Mountineer allows her to skirt the worst of the resulting drought in resources. She joins forces with the relief effort led by Varian Wrynn, though she remains behind with the rearguard after the initial covert assault and is not present at the confrontation with the dark young empress
-- After the lockdown is released and the damage on the infrastructure is assessed, Tiira's aging father is discovered among other unfortunates in the prison dungeons; the elderly dwarf has fallen gravely ill, and though the Ironforge physicians do their best to bring him back to some semblance of life, he remains severely amnesiac and has gone almost completely senile. Tiira agrees to officially inherit his belongings as his successor and leaves him in permament retirement, though it grieves her deeply ...
-- When the Cataclysm hits, Tiira immediately volunteers in the new corps of Mountineers to help restabilise the region, travelling throughout the Khaz Modan lands, lending aid and carrying messages wherever she is able. Having picked up a new respect for the humans of Stormwind after the Siege of Ironforge, she continues northward into Arathi and adds her field experience to the struggling soldiers of fallen Stromgarde
-- With the new joint council of the three Dwarven clans, Tiira also travels to the Hinterlands when reports begin to come flooding in of increasing Troll activity in the ancestral territory of the Wildhammers. She quickly makes a name for herself, and discovers a rekindled interest in historical artefacts while scouting the many crumbling Amani ruins dotting the region
-- Perhaps as a way of relinquishing her grief over the loss of her father, Tiira now delves whole-heartedly into the profession of Archaeology, no longer caring to hide her obsession with it. If anything, her passion for the craft is welcomed among the curators of the Ironforge Library, since their efforts to unearth more Titan artefacts and secrets have doubled tenfold after King Magni's misfortune. Her research begins taking her to every corner of the known world ...
