Disgusting, vile, putrid, foul grey teeth with gaps between each tooth.
He is old for his race, being seventy eight. Unlike most of the people in Azeroth, he has absolutely no powers, magic, super strength or extreme speed. He is just the regular old person.
Typically can be seen wearing his regular 'citizen' clothing; being that of a working man's shirt and black slacks. He wears absolutely no combat armor for he does not engage in fighting with others.
Valtiere Von Jektar (AKA LeChant) looks to be just a regular old man. He has no outstanding features what so ever other than his putrid, disgusting vile grey teeth. He is old, and looks to be very out of shape as he never engages into combat.
The man often goes between two styles of speaking common: Dull witted and highly intellectual with the tonality of being just down right creepy. When in public and acting as his alias, Hank Smallmountain (Hill), he will often create the facade he is a dull witted, stupid, and lacking in intellect with his speech. However, in his 'private' time with people, he will speak slowly, elongating the words at the end of his sentences with a more creepishly toned voice.
Cooking.
He is a loose associate of the League of Evil as well as The Scythe's Edge.
History
This will be a VERY general background story.
Valtiere Jektar was born in a simple family on the outskirts of Stormwind. There is absolutely nothing defining about the boy, nor his past what so ever. However, the primary gravity of his backstory starts around the age of ten. As a ten year old boy, Valtiere was free from any corruption, negative thoughts and violence. He was brought up in a simple household. During his adolescent years he was brought to Dalaran to learn at the university there. He soon discovered that he was the weakest of all the inhabitants of the city in terms of being attuned to magic, as well as incapable of lifting weights like the more 'warrior' oriented folks at the school. As a quiet child, he was often degraded by several bullies. On the first day of his summer school, he was beaten up by three thirteen year old children who only wanted his lunch. They stole his mother's lovingly cooked sandwiches and soon tossed his lunch box several yards in front of him; only demeaning the boy further. Valtiere was overweight as a child, which led the pavement for several children to shout out at him in the university halls "Fat ass."
Anywhere the child went, there always seemed to be some form of rejection. No girl of his age would dare talk to the child for fear of being 'seen' with him by the other boys. For years this torment of being repressed by his peers caused him to plunge into a depression that would soon eat away at his adult social skills. During lunch time at his university, now at the age of fifteen, he would sit alone. Always and completely. He stared longingly at the circle of chairs surrounding his desolate lunch table... soon crying to himself almost every day, wishing for someone to come along and merely TALK to him instead of being degraded by the other children. Then one day, during his literature class, the professor had been speaking of a certain author. Sir Oep Ellar Adgen. An author famous for writing several short stories pertaining to the horrors of humankind. Expertly writing novels of the impending doom that would soon encumber a person until their inevitable death. Valtiere instantly took a liking to this man, feeling a strong empathy for Oep Ellar Adgen as both of them had lived trouble teenage lives. After the literature class came lunch. He sat there; mind racing still with the author he had just learned of. Almost immediately, a light bulb had gone off above his head. He clenched his pen tightly and began to write in his notebook. In the book he would write short stories of the children that had demeaned him. That shouted at him, pushed him around and insulted him in front of all the girls in the school. He would write of torturous ways on how to destroy the peers that had formerly ruined his childhood. He now found a release from all the torment going on in his life. He found the only escape from the clenches of a world that worked against him. He found himself plunged into the dark text of his stories until he could so vividly create the images of tearing the flesh from bone of his victims. This writing would continue on for several years. During those years of writing, a slow change would have ultimately altered his path. While writing his books, his stories and poems of how to kill and torture all those that had crushed his previously happy childhood... he would no longer be able to take his mind out of his writing. As the years of his creation of literature passed, he would be completely engulfed into his stories. At the age of eighteen, he imagined himself as the 'killer' in the books. He no longer 'imagined' himself as LeChant... he had become the man. No longer could he separate the fictitious world he had created in his novels and the reality of the real world that surrounded him. There was no barrier to him any longer. His works of fiction had become his reality. He lived as LeChant, ate as LeChant and killed as LeChant. He had ultimately become the serial killer he had created at the age of his childhood. The once pleasant release from a world that worked against him, had become who he is today. His obsession with existing as LeChant knew no bounds. The lust for cannibalism, torture, rape and ridding the flesh from his victims came to be the only thing he cared about. Even at his current age of seventy eight has the obsession of living as his creation stayed. But where does it end?
